Puppy Classes

Get your puppy off to the best start with our puppy classes.  Our classes are small, we aim to keep classes below 5 puppies.

All classes are run according to APDT guidelines, so only kind, fair and effective methods are used during training.

We currently have spaces in the puppy class at Walcote on a Friday evening.  At Cotesbach we are likely to have spaces in November.

If you would like more information please contact Anne on 07951 686 694 for more information.

*** New Scent Course **

On September 19th we are starting a beginners/level 1 scent course.
This is aimed at people who have had some experience in scent work and want to work towards the level 1 trial.

The course will be held at Cotesbach Village Hall and will be run every 2 weeks.

Scent work is a really fun activity for dogs. It provides them with a lot of mental stimulation.

We also run Wednesday drop in sessions once a month at Walcote. The next session will be on 13th September.

Our puppy and dog training classes are also continuing at both Walcote and Cotesbach.

We are at the Lutterworth Dog Fest on 6th August

We have a stall at the Lutterworth Dog Fest on Sunday.

You are welome to come and visit us and ask questions about our dog training classes or about any behaviour issues you might be having with your own dog.

We will also have a good range of kong toys to sell.

At 3.30 our scentwork dogs will be giving a demonstration of their training.

New Impulse Control Class starting 25th July

Do you have a dog that never seems to switch off? Does he bark at everything and jump up everyone? It can be difficult living with a high energy dog, and there can be lots of reasons for it, including your dogs age or breed.

If this sounds like your dog the good news is that there are things you can do to help.

At Paws In Progress dog training we have developed a course to help dogs just like these to relax and calm down and learn impulse control.

The class is on alternate Tuesday evenings at Cotesbach Village Hall near Lutterworth from 7.30 – 9pm starting on 25th July. the cost for 4 sessions is £70.
